What is a Token and how much does it cost?

Tokens are a form of online currency.
You can buy tokens to tip models, enter Private Shows or enter Time Rooms.
Even though tipping is not required, users can show their appreciation for a model's show by sending them tips.
Models usually will not respond to members who make special requests without tipping.

What do I do if my transaction has been declined?

If your transaction has been declined don't worry, your account has not been charged. Please check your account. Transactions may be declined for a number of reasons:

1. Please check if your card is expired or out of date. To determine the reason for a decline, you will need to review the transaction response from the payment gateway account. On the Transaction Detail page, the transaction status Declined is displayed directly under the Transaction ID. A brief reason for the decline may be provided in parentheses.

2. Paypal will monitor every transaction, 24/7 to help prevent fraudulent transactions, and email phishing. Please check if your Paypal is suspicious or someone using your account without permission.

3. If security issues shown up in your G.live account, in this case, please check the payment details that you’ve enter carefully. If the problem still persists please contact our Customer Support Team: service@gliveapp.com

I purchased tokens but they haven't shown up in my account yet, why?

Rarely, there can be a slight delay in the tokens showing up, don't panic and DO NOT ESCALATE a new purchase. The tokens will show up in your account shortly. This problem is more frequent when purchasing with T.tokens. If the problem still persists please contact us at Customer Support Team: service@gliveapp.com

Can I buy tokens without a credit/debit card?

Yes you can purchase tokens with Paypal even if you don’t have a credit or debit card. G.live will keep updating other payment methods for users’ convenience.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

We want to keep our customers satisfied and protect their privacy. For that reasons, all the transactions will appear under PAYPAL *HAOLLC.

My purchase dates do not match those of the charges on my bank statement. Why is that?

Sometimes certain banks can delay transactions until your account is totally cleared. That is why you will notice dates for some charges may be different from dates of purchases.
